A Trip Away

At the end of last year I decided that I would be really adventurous and take a trip to Florida in January this year.

Every year Stampin' Up! hold a Leadership Conference in Florida and 2015 is no different other than demonstrators from outside of the USA/Canada are able to attend.

I left the UK yesterday and travelled over with a couple of other demonstrators and I'm now sitting in my hotel room writing this. The wonders of technology.

I am really excited because I have also received an invitation to the Managers Reception which is being held at Disney. Not everyone gets to go to this event and I am sure we will have a blast this evening.

A night of fun at Disneyland Hollywood Studios. I have my son to thank that I am not scared to go on any of the rides. This is because I was the only one in our family who was brave enough to go on any of the theme park rides with him when he was too young to go by himself.

I'm taking part in two formal swaps - the first was last night. There were 24 of us who took part in a Swap in Your PJs party, and the card on the left was my swap. I have to admit that I hadn't managed to complete everything before I headed to the airport yesterday so they were finished off at 38000 ft somewhere over the Atlantic.

I have no idea how many rhinestones pinged off. No sharp objects allowed so I had to use a plastic knife to pick them up from the packaging and place them on the cards.

I now have 24 swaps and Leadership hasn't even started as it's only 5.00 am here!
