One of the stamp sets that I have been able to get my hands on early is the Daisy Delight set. This set has a co-ordinating punch and also a set of glorious Designer Series Paper.
All of these items will be available from 1 June along a few other co-ordinating products. Having said that, pre-order items that will be available 2 May can be included in Starter Kits purchased between 2 May and 31 May. If you are interested in taking advantage of this and joining my group of Crafty Acorns please get in touch.
I have not had much of a chance to play with all my new goodies yet, but I did send these gifts and cards to some of my team earlier in the week.
Wow Swaps from Amsterdam 2017
One of the things I promised to do the other week was share photos of the Wow swaps that I made and received at the recent OnStage Live event in Amsterdam.
There were just a small group of us taking part and the idea is to make a card or 3D item that makes the recipient say Wow when they receive it.

Case Colours & Sketches - Challenge # 220
Being the fourth (and last) week of the month, Bev has a sketch for us. This is the last one for this month and I have to say that I've loved all four ideas that Bev has come up with.
Here is this week's sketch that we have to play with.

Pop of Pink
Today there was supposed to be a Global Stampers blog swap, but after some discussion between us we have agreed to move all future swaps to the first Sunday of each month. This means giving this month a miss. We will be back on 7 May with some exciting 2017-2019 In Colors and Eastern Palace Suite sneak peeks.
This month we were going to feature projects made using some of the retiring Designer Series Paper (DSP) and I chose the Pop of Pink DSP.
Seeing as I had already made my projects before we made the decision to change the day, I thought I'd share them with you today anyway.

Awash with Washi
I love Washi Tape, and I have to admit that I have a tendency to hoard it too.
While sorting out my craft studio before I left for Amsterdam, I came across a few rolls of the Pop of Pink washi collection and also my Weather Together stamp set and framelits. It's amazing what you find and then get sidetracked by, when you are really supposed to be having a big tidy up! Anyway, seeing as it's April, I thought I could make an April Showers card. Not that we have had that much rain this month.

Case Colours & Sketches - Challenge # 219
April is rolling by and not a sign of any April showers either. A few grey skies but as I write this I am enjoying a warm sunny morning.
This is Bev's third week for setting the challenges and she has the following colour one for us.
Quick & Simple - Thank You
There's nothing like leaving it to the last minute. My son was supposed to have sent a couple of thank you cards sometime ago, and being a boy he totally forgot (sigh). For some silly reason I said I would find him a couple from my stash, and send them onto him in a package of his that had just arrived.
I had thought that I had a couple that I could simply send but no, there are no cards here in San Diego. Typical. Oh well, out came some Designer Series Paper and a very basic sentiment stamp set and this is what I came up with.

Swaps from OnStage Live in Amsterdam
One of the great things about going to an OnStage event is the meeting and swapping with other demonstrators. A great thing about going to an OnStage Live event is that you get to meet demonstrators from other countries.
I hadn't planned to make swaps for OnStage but in the end I had a few kits left from the recent Card & A Cuppa so I decided to make these up. In all I had 12 swaps to give away and these are what I received in return.

Case Colours & Sketches - Challenge # 218
It's the second challenge for April so this week Bev has a sketch for us.
I don't know why but I found this one particularly challenging, and in the end I had to make mine a landscape project. I think it works. For some reason it was the little square that caused me the most issues! Mind you I probably could have used another shape, but I took the decision to try to keep as close to the sketch as possible. Don't forget to check out what the others have done.
Retirement List 2017
Just to let you know that the list is supposed to be published at 8 pm this evening.
As of 3 pm I'm hopping on a plane for an eleven and a half hour flight to San Diego to see my husband. This means that I won't be able to post anything until a few hours or so after I arrive there. Bad timing or what?
In the meantime, you will be able to check it out here (once it is posted).
Don't forget that anything on the list will be on a while stocks last basis so don't miss out.
UPDATE - there is now a separate page (see tabs above) with the full Retirement List and a link to the Online Shop where you can check on the current inventory status. Things are moving fast and it will say Discontinued if it is no longer available.

Tulips from Amsterdam - OnStage Live April 2017
We are on our second and last full day of OnStage live. It's been a blast so far, and here are a few of the photos that I can share with you.
OnStage Live - Amsterdam April 2017
I can't believe that I left the house at 5.15 am this morning to get to Gatwick for a 7.50 am flight to Amsterdam. Despite the early morning wake up call, I'm really excited because it means that it's time for the European Demonstrators to host the OnStage Live event.
Anyone who is a Stampin' Up! demonstrator can attend these events (provided they registered in time) and what's more, you don't have to go to your local event. Last year I was in Australia so I went to an event there. No doubt there will be a number of demonstrators in Amsterdam from America, Canada and even Australia or New Zealand who "just happen to be in the neighbourhood" at the right time!
The next two days and a half promise to be really exciting. We will get to see the new Annual Catalogue that's being released on 1 June. We will also be able to take part in the Product Premier which means we get to order early the items that will be available in the May Pre-Order. But those are not the only reason why I go. The main reasons are, that I get to spend time quality time with some of my fabulous team (there are four of them going with me) and we will be around lots of lovely and inspiring people who just love to craft. You never know, I might get to see some famous YouTube'rs too!!
I'll try to keep you posted on some of the things we get up to, but most of the photos will be on my FaceBook business page so don't forget to check them out when you get a minute.
Case Colours & Sketches - Challenge # 217
Hello and welcome to the first of April's Case Colours & Sketches Challenges. This month it's the turn of Beverley to host, and for her first challenge she has a colour one.
These soft colours are from the Stampin' Up! Subtles range - they are so pretty.

April's Classes
Firstly, apologies if you have been trying to get on here today. I've been trying to update the look of the site. I hope you like it. I will be slowly transferring all my business cards etc to incorporate the new logo. I did like the last one but was having issues using it on various things. Anyhow, enough of that.
I'd originally thought that this month was going to be a quiet one when it came to classes and events. How wrong was I. But it's all good and I'm looking forward to them all.
Full details will be in this month's newsletter that will be going out on Tuesday evening. If you are are not already signed up for the Newsletter you can do from here - just check out the left-hand column.
