Sneak Peek 2018 Spring/Summer Week 4 - Petal Palette

With only one week to go, this is the fourth of my sneak peeks from OnStage.

Our last Product Spotlight featured products from the the Petal Passion Suite.

The suite is made up of a stamp set with co-ordinating framelit dies, designer series paper, ribbon and embellishments.

The designer series paper is being featured in my classes on 9th and 10th February (booking closes 26 January) where we will be learning four different altered paper techniques.

Here are a couple of cards that I’ve recently made (not for the classes).

A fun fold card which looks a bit more difficult than it really is. I used one side of the paper on the front of the card and the reverse side on the inside.

I used a Calypso Coral card base and kept my colour scheme very simple by using just Calypso Coral ink along with Tuxedo Black (Memento ink). The little enamel dots come from the Subtles Enamel Shapes.

For the second card I went to town with the ovals, using both the Layering Ovals and an oval from the Stitched Shape Framelits.

I used my Stampin’ Blends to colour the stamped images and also the rhinestones to match. Love that you can do this with the alcohol markers.

I used a Bermuda Bay card base and layered it with some Old Olive and Whisper White. I used the same coloured Stampin’ Blends to colour the images that had been stamped using the Tuxedo Black (Memento ink).

Case Colours & Sketches - Challenge #222

This week it's the turn of Karen to host the challenge. As it's the second one of the month, it means that it's time for a sketch.

I've opted to go for another sneak peek stamp set and this is what I came up with using the Happy Birthday Gorgeous set that's available from 1 June.

Case Colours & Sketches - Challenge # 221

It's the first Tuesday in May and that means it's time for a colour challenge.

This month, a few of us are taking it in turns to host the challenges. This week it is the turn of Samantha. Here's the colours that she chose.

This is what I came up with using these colours and two images from a new stamp set (available 1 June) called Crafting Forever. You could call this a sneak peek.

It's a super cute set and I know that it's going to be a big hit with crafters of all kinds.

I've also used a new punch that will be available next month.

Something exciting and new - Eastern Palace

I'm sure that most of you are aware by now that the new Annual Catalogue will be available from 1 June.

Daisy Delight - 2017 Annual Catalogue Sneak Peek

One of the stamp sets that I have been able to get my hands on early is the Daisy Delight set. This set has a co-ordinating punch and also a set of glorious Designer Series Paper.

All of these items will be available from 1 June along a few other co-ordinating products. Having said that, pre-order items that will be available 2 May can be included in Starter Kits purchased between 2 May and 31 May.
