This week it's the turn of Karen to host the challenge. As it's the second one of the month, it means that it's time for a sketch.
I've opted to go for another sneak peek stamp set and this is what I came up with using the Happy Birthday Gorgeous set that's available from 1 June.
To make the card I used the following:
- A Melon Mambo card base (A5 folded in half) together with a piece of Whisper White cardstock and a strip of paper from the Pop of Pink Specialty Designer Series Paper pack (the paper is retiring on 31 May and is available on a while stocks last basis).
- The strip of paper was glued to the right-hand edge of the Whisper White cardstock.
- The Happy Birthday sentiment, the balloon outline and one of the balloon streamers were then stamped in Tuxedo Black.
- The "to you" sentiment and the inside of the balloon and a second streamer were stamped in Melon Mambo.
- The Whisper White cardstock was then glued to the card front.
