Frosted Forest A New Online Exclusive

Sadly I managed to miss the last two items and originally only ordered the stamp set. Never-the-less, I did a Stamping & Creating Facebook live where I shared the stamp set (and some other new Online Exclusive items) and made the following card.

I used Stampin’ Blends to colour the larger image and then fussy cut it out using a pair of paper snips. Things would probably have been quicker if I had the decorative masks and dies but I’m happy with the finished card. Flowering Zinnias Collection and more

I shared the items that I purchased as part of the pre-order in a recent facebook live. I recreated two cards featured on the Stampin’ Up! flyer and made a third one live.

Trucking Along with an Online Exclusive

Although the Trucking Along Bundle was added to the online exclusives some time ago, it taken me awhile to breakout the stamp set and punch.

I chose to make a sweet gatefold card featuring the bundle and also the Let’s Go Fishing double-sided paper.

There’s no sheet of paper with horizontal lines so I cut some of the diagonal paper on the diagonal and turned the piece so that the lines were horizontal. A little piece of thinking out of the box.

What's Happening in September 2023

After a few weeks away from blogging, due to lack of internet, I thought I should update you on what’s happening in September.

Actually, most of it is happening on 6 September!

1. September – December 2023 Mini Catalogue goes live.

Watch out for the digital version of the catalogue that will be uploaded on 6 September. If you live in the UK and don’t already have a UK demonstrator, you can request a physical copy of the catalogue HERE.

2. Online Exclusives

Each year, Stampin’ Up! look to support local communities and charities through their product give back programme. For 2023, £2.50 from each pack of the Walk In The Park paper sold, will be donated to The Salvation Army here in the UK. You will find the paper in the Sept-Dec 2023 Mini Catalogue

4. Christmas Stamp-A-Stack

This popular event is back for another year. The all day event is being held on 21 October and a kit only option (with written instructions) is also available. Booking closes on 29 September and you will find more details HERE.

It's all happening tomorrow

When I say it’s all happening tomorrow I really mean 11:00 pm tonight! A little confusing but 11:00 pm in the UK is 12:00 am in Europe and the Stampin’ Up! systems are linked to European time. There are in fact three things happening.

Online Exclusives

There are new Online Exclusive Products going live. These include the One Horse Open Sleigh Collection and the Timeless Charm Bundle. Both of these have been part of the demonstrator pre-order but there’s more to come.

Don’t forget that you will not find any of the Online Exclusives in a catalogue.

Bonus Days

Bonus Days are back. For each £45 spent between 6 July and 31 July you will receive a coupon code that can be redeemed in August. Things you need to know –

• There’s no limit to the number of codes you can earn but DO NOT start your order before 11:00 pm.
• If ordering with items being sent direct to you the coupon codes will also be emailed direct to you. If you qualified for more than one code in your order all codes will be emailed at the same time.
• If you ordered through me and are collecting your order from me, then I will email you your coupon code.

Available Soon - One Horse Open Sleigh Collection

The One Horse Open Sleigh Collection along with other new products will be available in the Online Exclusives from 6 July.

I shared details of the collection in a recent Stamping & Creating Facebook Live along with a number of cards that I had made.

The first set of three cards simply involved stamping direct to the One Horse Open Sleigh 6″ x 6″ paper.

Letting the paper do all the work – simply stamp sentiment direct to paper and
add some embellishments

The next three cards are a little more involved. There’s some stamping, die-cutting and some colouring.

The last set of three were fancy fold cards. These two were made in advance. The one on the left is a pillar card which folds flat for posting. The one on the right is a very simple stepper card.

The last card, made live during the Stamping & Creating session, is what I call a Panelled Book Fold Card. The panel on the far right is in fact inside the card.

One of the things that I found while playing with the dies and paper is that four of the dies will cut out images. No more fussy cutting. A good reason for purchasing the bundle and paper.
